Workforce Agent Programme

16–20 weeks · $350–500K fixed fee · Three functions in a single engagement

For organisations that have decided agentic is the architecture and need it deployed across multiple functions in one engagement, not three sequential ones. You've completed a successful workforce agent pilot — with us or with someone else. The board has authorised expansion. Sequential single-function engagements would take 18+ months and serial change-management fatigue.

The trigger

Pilot success that demands scale. Strategic mandate from CEO/COO. Operating-cost pressure that requires multi-function transformation in a single budget cycle. Acquisition or restructure that requires unified service architecture.

In the SOW

What we deliver, week by week.

Three measured outcomes

What we're contractually accountable for.

Final 30% milestone payment is contingent on these outcomes being verified. If the SOW outcome is not delivered against the verification methodology, you choose between a no-cost extension to remedy or hold-back forfeit.

Outcome 1Production-deployed agents across HR, IT, and a third function (your choice).
Outcome 2Adoption ≥ target % across all three function user populations by week 20.
Outcome 3Documented handover to your in-house team or a named managed-service partner.
Commercial terms

Fixed fee. Outcomes in the SOW.

Fee & payment

$350–500K fixed fee. Milestone payments structured 40 / 30 / 30. Final 30% contingent on verified adoption metrics across all three functions at week 20.

Year-2 managed service

Optional. $150–400K per year, scoped separately. Published explicitly so it's not buried in the initial engagement economics.

Continuity protocol

For engagements at this scale, a Scale and Continuity Annex is included with every proposal — named senior delivery lead, partner ecosystem backstop, continuity protocol if any team member is unavailable. Designed to satisfy mid-market and global-enterprise procurement standards alike.

Reference

Done before. Referenceable.

HPE engaged Intelliture for delivery work to global procurement, security, and compliance standards. The Scale and Continuity Annex template was designed and refined in that engagement.

Either way

The conversation usually starts the same way.

The Index is the lower-friction yes — fifteen minutes, vendor-neutral, useful even if we never speak. The 30-minute call is the higher-intent yes for buyers who already know what they're solving for.
