AI Strategy + Vendor Validation

6–8 weeks · $200–250K fixed fee · Strategy plus independent vendor due diligence

For boards and executive committees in regulated mid-market FinServ that have a workforce automation or AI platform decision in front of them, and need an independent vendor validation alongside the AI strategy paper. You're an APRA-regulated buyer evaluating Moveworks, Now Assist, AWS Bedrock-based custom build, or Microsoft Copilot Studio — and you need someone vendor-neutral to run the validation, not a single-platform partner with revenue incentive.

The trigger

Vendor renewal decision in the next 90 days. RFP about to be issued. Procurement panel scrutiny on a workforce-automation or AI-platform commitment. Audit committee or risk committee asking for independent diligence.

In the SOW

What we deliver, week by week.

Three measured outcomes

What we're contractually accountable for.

Final 30% milestone payment is contingent on these outcomes being verified. If the SOW outcome is not delivered against the verification methodology, you choose between a no-cost extension to remedy or hold-back forfeit.

Outcome 1Board-approved AI strategy paper aligned to APRA CPS 230 and CPS 234.
Outcome 2Vendor due diligence covering multiple platforms with reference checks and contract-pricing benchmarks.
Outcome 3Executive-committee acceptance of recommendation in the targeted quarter.
Commercial terms

Fixed fee. Outcomes in the SOW.

Fee & payment

$200–250K fixed fee. Milestone payments structured 40 / 30 / 30. Final 30% contingent on executive-committee acceptance of recommendation.

The vendor-neutrality discipline

We don't carry vendor revenue incentives that compromise validation outcomes. Our certified-partner status with ServiceNow, AWS, and Microsoft is by design — so no single platform has a structural pull on our recommendation. Where the answer is buy, we say which vendor. Where the answer is build, we say so. Where the answer is don't buy yet, we say that too.

Either way

The conversation usually starts the same way.

The Index is the lower-friction yes — fifteen minutes, vendor-neutral, useful even if we never speak. The 30-minute call is the higher-intent yes for buyers who already know what they're solving for.
