AI Foundation + Pilot

10 weeks · $120–180K fixed fee · A working pilot in your tenant by week 9

For CIOs who've already done the readiness thinking and need a working pilot in their existing platform — production-pathed, not a demo, with the architecture already costed for scale-out. You know which use case is your priority. You don't need a six-week assessment phase to confirm what you already know.

The trigger

Board approval already given for a specific AI use case. Or competitive pressure that means you can't afford a sequential readiness-then-pilot approach. Or a budget cycle that demands a deployable pilot before fiscal year-end.

In the SOW

What we deliver, week by week.

Three measured outcomes

What we're contractually accountable for.

Final 30% milestone payment is contingent on these outcomes being verified. If the SOW outcome is not delivered against the verification methodology, you choose between a no-cost extension to remedy or hold-back forfeit.

Outcome 1Working pilot deployed in your tenant or AWS account by week 9.
Outcome 2Measured baseline against your named KPI — resolution time, deflection rate, cycle time.
Outcome 3Scale-out plan with named architecture, costed against existing platform spend.
Commercial terms

Fixed fee. Outcomes in the SOW.

Fee & payment

$120–180K fixed fee. Milestone payments structured 40 / 30 / 30. Final 30% contingent on pilot deployment and baseline measurement at week 9.

Production-pathed

The pilot infrastructure is the production infrastructure. No second invoice for re-architecture when you scale. No PoC-to-production translation phase. We don't sell PoCs.

Either way

The conversation usually starts the same way.

The Index is the lower-friction yes — fifteen minutes, vendor-neutral, useful even if we never speak. The 30-minute call is the higher-intent yes for buyers who already know what they're solving for.
